I was overwhelmed as soon as my husband and I set a “conception date.” It was the prospect of adding on another layer of responsibility, another role.
CEO. Boss. Wife. Daughter. Friend. And now… Mother.
Instead of falling into a fear spiral, I documented those negative beliefs and gradually did the work to shift them. It was through that work that The Expecting CEO: Pregnancy Affirmation Card Deck was born.
